All services provided by Supreme Power Wash are subject to a separate service agreement or
estimate provided prior to work commencement. The scope of work, pricing, and timeline
will be outlined in the service agreement. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may
result in additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual conditions
discovered upon arrival or during the service. Payment terms will be specified in your
service agreement.
Supreme Power Wash reserves the right to require a deposit prior to scheduling services.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service
appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Supreme Power Wash reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather
or unforeseen circumstances without penalty.
6. Property Access and Preparation
Customers are responsible for providing adequate access to the areas requiring service.
This includes removing or securing personal items, vehicles, pets, and any obstacles that
may interfere with the service. Supreme Power Wash is not responsible for damage to items
left in the work area.
7. Limitation of Liability
Supreme Power Wash exercises reasonable care when performing services. However, we are
not liable for damage to surfaces that are already compromised, deteriorated, or
improperly installed. This includes, but is not limited to, loose paint, rotted wood,
cracked concrete, loose siding, or pre-existing damage. Our liability is limited to the
cost of the services provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Power Wash and its owners, employees,
contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business,
goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use,
the website or any services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of
or related to the website or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Supreme
Power Wash for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or if the claim relates
solely to website use, one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so one or more of the
limitations above may not apply to you.
8. Property Damage Claims
Any claims for property damage must be reported to Supreme Power Wash within 48 hours of
service completion. Claims made after this period may not be honored. Supreme Power Wash
will investigate all claims and make repairs or provide compensation at our discretion
for damage directly caused by our negligence.
9. Warranty
Supreme Power Wash guarantees customer satisfaction with our services. If you are not
satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we
will work to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover conditions beyond our
control such as weather, environmental factors, or normal wear.
